VINI node software updated

The public VINI nodes are essentially PlanetLab nodes that are customized with the Trellis kernel and topology creation toolset. In order to track improvements and bug fixes in the PlanetLab software, we have upgraded the VINI nodes to the latest stable PlanetLab release (4.2.1).

Users should not be affected by this update.
